I had a fantastic trip over to Dublin with Neptune to film and photograph TV presenter and author, Donal Skehan’s stunning new kitchen.

The added perk was to taste the incredible orecchiette with kale and spicy pangrattato dish that he cooked up in-between many lovely chats and coffee breaks!
